Transforming Our World Together is an international academic competition organized by Deusto Business School at the University of Deusto and delivered entirely online. Designed for undergraduate students from partner universities across the Americas, it offers a learning experience that combines critical reflection, creativity, and business analysis, fostering a leadership model committed to the positive transformation of organizations and society.
The competition invites participants to explore Deusto Business School's Humanistic Leadership model, which places human dignity at the heart of decision-making and promotes collaboration with stakeholders to create both economic and social value.
Beyond testing participants' knowledge and analytical skills, the competition encourages creativity, critical thinking, and the exchange of perspectives among students from different universities, helping to build an international network of collaboration.
The winning team will enjoy a one-week stay at the University of Deusto. The prize includes round-trip flights, accommodation, and meals, as well as a programme of academic, cultural, and leisure activities in Bilbao and San Sebastián, offering participants the opportunity to experience first-hand the region's business and social ecosystem and its leading examples of Humanistic Leadership.
The competition has been designed and is supported by the Deusto Business School International Club, a group of students committed to building bridges between cultures. Their contribution helps international students integrate into university life while enriching the academic community through a truly global and collaborative learning experience.
Teams will produce an original video reflecting on one of the seven hungers that inspire the humanistic leadership model of Jesuit business schools.
