The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration - Deusto Business School has certified the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to the AUDIT programme of Unibasq and more than 50% of its degrees have passed the individual process of renewal of the accreditation of degrees, so that, since November 2018, it has Institutional Accreditation. The Institutional Accreditation of centres is an alternative to the model of accreditation of official university degrees. To this end, it takes advantage of the synergies of the verification and renewal of the accreditation of degrees, with those of the certification process of the implementation of the QMS.
The Deusto Business School Quality Management System is made up of the whole of the organisational structure, responsibility, processes, action procedures and resources established to carry out quality management. The Dean is responsible for the Quality Management System with the support of the Quality Commission of the Centre, the Quality Commissions of the Degrees and with the advice of the Quality Unit of the University of Deusto. All the stakeholders of the Centre and the degree programmes are represented in these committees.
The system is maintained and continuously improved through the implementation of the quality policy and the objectives of the Faculty's strategic plan, the measurement and analysis of stakeholder satisfaction, the analysis of process results, audits and the review of the system by the Centre's Quality Committee.
