The Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum is a milestone every year as it is a meeting point for companies, professionals, university and students and graduates. A space to get to know each other and a window for students seeking employment to access professional opportunities from recruiters. At this employment event, final year students and graduates can submit their CVs, hold job interviews and find out about the profile required by the different organisations, and take part in activities and meetings related to their future career.
All sectors are represented in the Forum: banking, automotive industry, engineering, technology companies, consultancies, social and third sector companies, among others. In more recent years, due to the pandemic, the Forum was held in a virtual format, which increased both the number of participating companies and the number of registered students.
The Forum is an activity framed within the global strategy of the University of Deusto aimed at assisting its graduates throughout their career and their links with the labour market. For Deusto, "the employment of young people is a priority" and, for this reason, every year it reinforces its activities to improve and enable the labour market entry of its graduates.
