The University of Deusto, asocial initiative Jesuit university, aims to contribute and serve society through rigorous, systematic teaching, research and transfer of excellence andquality. Thanks to its humanistic approach, it is committed to its local context and contributes to the development of reliable responses through science, research and the generation of knowledge, anticipating the needs and challenges of society.

Likewise, Deusto has become a key driver of transformation and social impact through research, generating and transferring knowledge, developing critical thinking in current professionals or those in training. Furthermore, it promotes research careers in the various areas of knowledge, providing research results so that political actors can make decisions based on evidence and informing, disseminating and raising awareness among citizens.

Boost the internationalisation of research and knowledge transfer

A management system to increase the research carried out in collaboration with other foreign actors or through projects, agreements and other international activities. Increase UD’s presence in international networks.

Enhance cross-sectoral collaboration in research and transfer

Research with an impact on public and private policies is increasingly carried out from a cross-sectoral approach. A management system with guidelines that allow to increase the research carried out in collaboration with other social, economic, cultural or institutional actors.
