    METHODOLOGY

In this first module, the subjects to be developed will be addressed through real challenges proposed by companies. participants, organised in working teams, will have to tackle them with the support of lecturers-facilitators from both the University and the host company.

The working methodology used to respond to the challenge will be DESIGN THINKING. This methodology is suitable to draw up creative proposals to challenges that do not necessarily have to do with the design of a service or product. Creativity is promoted throughout the process in a cross-cutting manner.

The working sessions will be of a diverse nature: expository, applied conceptual, inspirational, presentations and feed-back and deepening of the learning obtained.

In-depth study of the development of entrepreneurial skills. In order to develop the competences envisaged in this module, intensive thematic sessions will be held on a weekly basis. Based on a conceptual framework, the aim is to facilitate the practical application of the entrepreneurial projects developed by the master's participants through Lean Startup methodologies with the user in mind (User Experience).

Development of the Entrepreneurship in Action Project. Participants will develop a real entrepreneurship or intra-entrepreneurship project. The suggested working methodology to approach the project is LEAN START UP. This methodology designs a process making it more efficient and reducing the risk associated with launching any entrepreneurial project. It is a non-linear, agile and iterative work process that allows decisions to be made throughout the design process based on small approaches.

    Entrepreneurship Final Project

All participants will have to develop their Entrepreneurship Final Project.

The aim is that, by end of the Master's degree, a decision can be made as to whether or not to launch the initiative.

Therefore, the starting point of the project and its objectives should be accurately defined. Hence, the focus will be on the various research stages, customer and competitor knowledge, solution design, sustainable business model design, first prototype development, first assessment, redesign, launch preparation and final presentation.

During the development of the project, participants will be supported and advised by facilitators, both on a technical and personal level.

The final result will be presented in a document and defended before an examining committee made up of members from the University and the collaborating organisations.

In addition, those projects that are in a position to be launchedmay, if desired by the members of the team that developed them, take part in a round of investors.
