En el Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas estudiarás cómo planificar, dirigir y poner en marcha proyectos empresariales. Conocerás a fondo todas las áreas que componen una empresa y entenderás su gestión desde una perspectiva global e integradora, preparándote para asumir diferentes funciones y responsabilidades en una gran variedad de sectores y organizaciones.
Con este grado descubrirás cómo se estructuran las finanzas o se desarrolla un plan de marketing, cómo se establece un plan estratégico de empresa o cómo es la gestión de personas, entre otros. Aprenderás cómo gestionar los recursos con eficiencia y podrás analizar los aspectos legales, económicos y sociales que afectan al funcionamiento de una empresa.

You will combine theory classes with case studies, oral presentations, debates, moot court simulations, management simulators and company visits. You will develop skills such as teamwork, decision-making and leadership, based on values such as sustainability, ethical commitment and responsibility.

You will have your first professional experience before finishing your double degree programme. Internships are compulsory and are managed by the university. In addition, you will participate in job search seminars to help you face the world of work.

Applicants need to be currently enrolled in Baccalaureate or equivalent studies in any of its pathways, except Arts. It is also compulsory to complete the Mathematics subjects indicated for the educational pathway concerned in the two years of the Baccalaureate studies.
Applicants to combined programmes (Business Administration + Deusto degree or Double Degree) must demonstrate having an average mark of ‘notable’ or higher in 1st year Baccalaureate studies.
To study a combined programme (Business Administration + Deusto degree or Double Degree) applicants must demonstrate having a B2 level in English. This accreditation can be provided either by submitting an external certificate (Cambridge, Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, etc.) or taking an internal test at the university.
