The Centre Quality Committee is appointed annually by the Dean or the Centre's Management Team and includes representatives of the Centre's main stakeholder groups.

Composition:

• Members of the Faculty Board
•  Technical, management, administration and services staff representatives (PTGAS)
•  Student representatives
• Graduate representatives
• Employer representatives
• Faculty/Centre quality manager
• Quality Unit representatives

In general, the Committee's responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the participation of all departments and areas.
• Monitoring and overseeing the Strategic Plan and related processes.
• Monitoring the Centre's improvement action plans.
• Reviewing the Quality Management System and assessing its effectiveness.
• Preparing the Analysis and Improvement Report for the Centre and its Educational Project.
• Approving the Analysis and Improvement Reports for Degree Programmes and Deusto-specific degrees.
• Approving the Self-evaluation Reports for Accreditation Renewal.
• Preparing the Centre's Institutional Accreditation Renewal Report.

The Quality Committee for Deusto-specific degrees is appointed annually by the Dean. Representatives of the Faculty's main stakeholder groups serve on the Committee.

• Technical, management, administration and services staff representatives (PTGAS)
• Student representatives
• Graduate representatives

• Monitoring processes through their associated indicators.
• Monitoring improvement action plans.
• Analysing satisfaction survey results and proposing the resulting action plans.
• Preparing the Self-evaluation Report for Accreditation Renewal.
• Preparing the Analysis and Improvement Report for the Degree Programme

The Quality Committee for the Degree is appointed annually by the Dean. Representatives of the Faculty's main stakeholder groups are represented on the Committee.

Composition:

• UD Academic Director
• Head of external centre (where applicable)
• Teaching staff representative
• Student/participant representative and representative from the University Quality Unit (acting as Secretary to the Quality Committee for Deusto-specific Degrees and providing advice).
• Representatives of other units, as considered appropriate, depending on the Deusto-specific degree under review.

In general, the Committee's responsibilities include:

• Monitoring processes through their associated indicators.
• Monitoring improvement action plans.
• Analysing satisfaction survey results and proposing the resulting action plans.
• Preparing the Analysis and Improvement Report for the Deusto-specific degree
