The marked fields include an error or haven't been filled correctly.
A perfect combination with which you will be able to acquire all the competences of the legal profession and the social and labour field. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the human resources sector through psychological negotiation techniques.
In addition to legal knowledge, you will acquire training in subjects such as Business, Psychology, Sociology or Ethics, dealing with communication techniques to act according to the people, places and times you have to deal with.
With a sense of justice, communication skills in dealing with people and problem-solving skills; interested in solving conflicts and defending human rights, especially concerned about the problems of workers in companies.

You will practise from the time of drafting a claim and its defence until a hearing is held.
You will visit institutions directly related to professional and work- practice (Labour Inspection, Social Security Inspection) and human resources training in collaborating companies.
You will have the opportunity to attend events and meet leading professionals in the sector, as well as follow live online conferences.
A reading workshop where you will discuss the relationship between literature and law of various works with your classmates.
With the help of your lecturers, you will be able to undertake solidarity-based legal training in collaboration with local NGOs.

Would you like to live an international experience? During the first semester of 5th year, you will go on an international mobility stay at a foreign university.
El Itinerario Dual conlleva la adquisición de conocimientos teóricos y prácticos propios del Grado de Relaciones Laborales de forma simultánea en el aula y en una empresa de acogida, esto es, aplicando la metodología “aprender haciendo” (learning by doing). El alumnado tiene un papel activo en el proceso de aprendizaje, que será supervisado y evaluado por los facilitadores de la Universidad de Deusto y de la empresa o entidad de acogida.
La Facultad ofrecerá como máximo 15 plazas para la realización del Itinerario Dual de Relaciones Laborales, dependiendo del alumnado matriculado en cada curso académico.
El alumnado que cumpla los requisitos para participar en el proceso y esté interesado en el mismo presentará su CV a la Coordinación del Itinerario. Estos CV serán llevados a la Comisión Mixta y se estudiarán conjuntamente por la Facultad de Derecho y las empresas participantes. Además, el alumnado que presente su CV se compromete a aceptar la plaza que se le asigne.
El Itinerario consta de 60 créditos ECTS que suponen un total de 1200 horas de trabajo. En concreto, se cursarán en formato dual las siguientes asignaturas:
La evaluación de las asignaturas que forman parte del Itinerario se llevará a cabo de manera conjunta entre los facilitadores de la sede de acogida y de la Universidad.
El alumnado participante del Itinerario Dual podrá abandonarlo y volver al Itinerario general, siempre que no haya superado la mitad de los créditos definidos en el Itinerario Dual.
La Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Deusto mantiene un contacto estrecho con las entidades que participan en el Itinerario Dual, con el fin último de garantizar la efectividad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
