    INTERNSHIPS

    Apply the knowledge acquired

    In the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, professional practice is compulsory and is an essential part of the course. It is held in 4th year  and consists of 12 ECTS

    It is a rigorous, systematic and personalised programme where each student has two personal tutors to guide them in their learning:

    • Tutor at the host centre
    • University tutor

    This experience will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired throughout your degree, bring you closer to the professional reality and enrich your CV to help you enter the job market.

    CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

    The Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences gives you access to the master's in teacher training for Secondary Education, Upper Secondary Education and Vocational Training, while at the same time it qualifies you for multiple job opportunities:

     

    Physical Education Teacher

    • Secondary Education and Baccalaureate teacher, subject to completion of the Master's Degree in Teacher Training.
    • Physical Education teacher in non-official public and private sport systems.

     

    Sports Instructor

    • Instructor of guided activities and physical exercise programmes in sports centres, gyms, and multi-purpose facilities.
    • Participation in physical activity programmes, active leisure initiatives, inclusive sport, and as a technician in recreation and sports tourism.

     

    Sports Coach

    • Personal training and physical-sport preparation.
    • Design, implementation, and evaluation of physical exercise programmes aimed at health, well-being, and physical fitness, including within companies.
    • Readaptation and prescription of physical activity.

     

    Sports Manager

    • Technical management of sports clubs, sports federations, and sports organisations.
    • Coordination of extracurricular activities and management of sports centres and facilities.
    • Organisation and management of sports, recreational, and community programmes and events.
    • Consultancy and advisory services in physical activity, sport, health, and well-being.
    • Management of sports centres and sports federations.
    • Direction and management of sports companies and programmes.
