    Overall objective

    Train students to become professionals in the socio-educational field, capable of leading, designing, and implementing strategies to promote a healthy, safe, and balanced use of technology in socio-educational environments.

    Risk factors

    Analyse and detect risk factors associated with problematic use of screens, social networks, video games and other digital environments in childhood and adolescence.

    Healthy technology habits

    Promote healthy technology habits and foster protective factors that support emotional, cognitive and social well-being in children and adolescents.

    Educational prevention programmes

    Design and implement educational programmes for prevention, awareness and digital support aimed at students and families, from school contexts and by professionals in the socio-educational field.

    Apply action protocols

    Intervene in situations of digital dysregulation, cyberbullying, or overexposure by applying action protocols and restorative educational strategies.

    06

    A positive digital culture

    Promote shared responsibility and cooperation between school, family, and community to build a positive and safe digital culture, using a prevention-focused approach.

    Holistic Well-Being

    The expert programme equips lecturers, practitioners, and other community stakeholders with an up-to-date theoretical framework and practical tools to prevent problems arising from excessive or inappropriate screen use, promote critical media and digital literacy, and create socio-educational spaces that integrate technology from a holistic well-being perspective.
