BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMMUNICATIONCOURSE SYLLABUS

YEAR 1: CORE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

You will acquire core knowledge and skills, which you will need to work in the communication sector.

It is intended to introduce you to university studies, intertwining these with knowledge and skills that will be a transition from your baccalaureate studies.

YEARS 2 and 3: COMPETENCES AND SKILLS

Desarrollarás las competencias más características del/a comunicador/a. Empezarás a analizar discursos y textos, a relacionar a través de la comunicación verbal y no verbal, a crear tus propios mensajes en distintos soportes, a interpretar la realidad actual, y a conocer y aplicar los principios de la gestión de empresas y organizaciones.

YEAR 4: UNDERGRADUATE FINAL YEAR PROJECT AND EXTERNAL INTERNSHIPS

You will put into practice what you have learnt in previous years and work on your autonomy and capacity for entrepreneurship. This is the time to start preparing for professional life, and you will take subjects focusing on this area, such as the Undergraduate Final Year Projectand the compulsory professional internships.

Undergraduate Final Year Project

During the 2nd semester of the 4th year, you will develop a communication or research projectsupervised by a tutor. It will allow you to combine everything you have learnt throughout your studies in a project of your choice. It is compulsory and is presented and defended in public.

You will have to choose a topic from the following catalogue to prepare the final project, which you can write in Spanish, Basque or English.
