On 1 June, within the framework of the project 'The European Pact on Migration and Asylumand the Mediterranean States in the post-covid context' (Eurasylum II), financed by theMinistry of Economy and Competitiveness and the Feder Funds (DER 113999RB-100), theseminar "Asylum and migration in the European Union in the framework of the new EuropeanPact" was held.
The aim of the seminar, organised by Joana Abrisketa Uriarte (principal investigator of theteam), was to analyse and debate the proposals presented by the European Commission in theNew Pact on Migration and Asylum, as well as the current regulations and practices ofEuropean and national agencies in the management of borders and migratory flows. To thisend, the meeting was attended by members of the research team and other specialists in thisfield of study.See
