The University of Deusto and SAMIRA DTx held a round table on 6 February titled "Technology, health and real-world experience". An event that places the patient at the centre, with a key idea: health innovation only makes sense when designed together with patients and aligned with their real lives.
The event is part of the SAMIRA DTx – University of Deusto Business Classroom, focused on the development of digital therapies. A space for collaboration between universities, companies, the healthcare system and patients to promote the development of digital therapies based on technologies with clinical and social impact.
The session brought together professionals from different fields - clinical, technological, institutional and associative - to address the current challenges of stroke and explore how engineering, digital therapies and innovation can improve the recovery and quality of life of people living with stroke.
