Bizkaia Aretoa
The University of Deusto took part in the diploma ceremony for the job training course for young people with autism who are unemployed, organised by APNABI on Friday, 10 October, at Bizkaia Aretoa.
Representing the University, Nerea Gutiérrez, Vice-Dean for International and Institutional Relations of the Faculty of Education and Sport, spoke at the event, which served to recognise the work of the 18 students of the 2024–2025 class and to mark the start of the 2025–2026 academic year. As a new feature, this year the programme will be delivered as a professional certificate issued by Lanbide.
This programme, in which the University actively participates, is carried out within the framework of the Lanberri initiative of the Biscay Provincial Council and aims to promote the social and employment inclusion of people with autism through specialisation in graphic arts and reprography.
