This course offers a comprehensive and practical overview of business valuation, an essential skill in the financial and strategic fields.
Through the analysis of traditional and advanced methods, the use of professional tools, and the study of real case studies, the course equips participants to handle valuation processes related to corporate operations such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and initial public offerings with confidence.
Special emphasis is placed on developing analytical and professional judgement skills in contexts of high uncertainty and complexity.
The Artizarra Foundation and Deusto Business School, with the support of sponsors such as Stellum Capital, Norgestión, Forvis Mazars, Deloitte, and Cruces Torres, will hold an intensive summer course on Business Valuation.
