Mobility is among the most pressing issues faced by communities across the globe, and cities are turning to accelerated environmental transformation and adaptation. Sustainable mobility takes a holistic approach encouraging sustainable developments based on three fundamental dimensions: economic, social and environmental.
It considers the latest global trends challenges and forecasts in relation to mobility and transportation models, spatial planning, inclusive urban strategies, public transportation and active mobility for healthier urban life. Sustainable mobility builds on sustainability-oriented innovations and exponential technologies such as big data, cloud computing or artificial intelligence to offer novel solutions to the most challenging mobility and transport needs.
Sustainable Mobility Summer Programme is taught from 21st June to 25th June 2021.
