CIDE offers a selection of courses specifically designed for international students. In semester programs, students must take a minimum of four courses (24 ECTS / 12 US credits), and a maximum of six courses (38 ECTS / 19 US credits).

The semester programme for Spanish Language and Culture includes the option to participate in either an Education Internship or a Company Internship.
The Education Internship will take place in a local primary or secondary school, where students will observe one or more classes in English as a second language, Spanish language, or some other subject, and will teach English as a Second Language classes on a weekly basis. Company Internships will take place in the field of marketing, business management, accounting and finance, etc., in a Spanish-speaking environment.
CIDE students can access regular University of Deusto courses (taught in English or Spanish, 3 US credits / 6 ECTS) with Spanish students.

Students on the programme will take 3 or 4 classes at the University of Deusto and the internship course (approx. 10 hours/week).
CIDE students can access regular University of Deusto courses (taught in English or Spanish, 3 US credits / 6 ECTS) with Spanish students.
Students in the Engineering, Business and Spanish Program can take up to three courses from the Deusto Engineering School, and at least one CIDE course.
