Contemporary societies are defined by complex processes of diversification, accompanied by profound transformations in education, organisations, and society. The Joint Master's Degree in Superdiversity in Education, Organisations, and Society (SEOS) addresses these complex transformations in an innovative way, connecting theory and research with real-world practical examples. Participants will explore the impact of superdiversity on education, organisations and society at large, as well as develop reflective and co-creative competences to analyse and shape the transition to an inclusive, productive and sustainable future for superdiverse societies.
The SEOS programme is an international and interdisciplinary joint master's degree, lasting two years and taught entirely in English.
