The Master's content and activities are designed to be contextualised and applied in real educational settings. Each activity is supported by the supervising tutor, who guides and oversees its practical approach in line with the programme’s competences.
The applied dimension of the Master’s is particularly evident in two key areas:
- The Leadership Project Module, in which students design a contextualised leadership action programme. Based on the school’s diagnostic review, students identify areas for improvement, define objectives, plan actions, manage resources, and set monitoring and evaluation indicators. This module enables students to integrate regulatory, organisational and institutional frameworks, offering an experience closely aligned with real leadership practice.
- The Master's Final Project, focuses on developing an innovation project applied to a specific school. This final project allows students to demonstrate the integration of the competences acquired throughout the programme, under the guidance and supervision of a tutor.
In addition, the programme includes real cases designed by current school leaders and academic experts, strengthening the connection with the everyday challenges of school leadership and supporting the development of competences from a practical, context-based perspective.
