The Master’s programme has a clear professional and research focus and aims to provide participants with the training necessary for leadership roles.
It takes into account the challenges faced by institutional leaders in undertaking long-term training programmes, given the difficulty of being absent from the institutions they manage for extended periods. This programme responds to the need to address educational requirements, the new roles that leaders must assume, and their capacity to participate in long-term, in-person training programmes.
