WHEN AND HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
When to apply?
the application period for undergraduate programs for the 2026–2027 academic year, both in-person and online, is closed. However, the application period remains open for programs offered by the Faculty of Theology.
The application period for the Online Bachelor’s Degree in Law is open.
Additionally, on July 1, a special admission period will open for those programs that have available places.

How to apply?
- Create your application username via deusto.es/virtualoffice
- Submit the application with the relevant required documentation
- Pay the application fee of 30 euros per candidate, regardless of the number of study options included in the application form.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
f you have completed Baccalaureate or Higher Vocational Education (or equivalent foreign
qualification), the required documents are:
- Final transcripts of grades for the first and second years
- Language certificates
