The University of Deusto has launched a new edition of the Benita Asas Manterola Award for Research with a Gender Perspective, corresponding to the 2025-2026 academic year, with the aim of promoting gender equality and encouraging the integration of this approach in university research.
The award is aimed at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students who have carried out academic work that incorporates a gender perspective in a transversal way.
The call is divided into three categories: doctoral theses, master’s or expert final projects, and bachelor’s final projects, with prize amounts ranging from €400 to €1,200.
Applications must be submitted electronically by 17 July 2026 via premios.bam@deusto.es, and works must be sent in anonymised PDF format.
The resolution of the award will be published in November 2026, and the awards ceremony will take place during the 2026-2027 academic year.
