Aitor has been or is a member of the following working groups: -Steel Advisory Group of the European Commission, specifically the Research Funds For Coal and Steel (RFCS), -Board of Directors de ESReDA (European Safety, Reliability & Data Analysis): Siendo colíder del grupo Digital Maintenance and Assets Digitalization -Technological Relevance Maintenance Team: Formed and recognized by Tecnalia, where it has actively participated in meetings and congresses organized by this entity. -Spanish Association for Quality (AEC): He has been a member of this association, which focuses on promoting quality in different sectors. -Spanish Maintenance Association (AEM): He is also a member of this association, which is dedicated to improving and promoting maintenance practices in industry. In addition, Aitor has actively collaborated with the following institutions: -University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Has taught in its Master's Degree in Reliability and Risk in all its editions. -Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences: He has worked as a project evaluator for this foundation. -SGS (auditing company): Is an expert evaluator of R&D&I projects for this company. -Academic Journals: Collaborates as a reviewer for several academic journals, including Springer, Elsevier, MDPI and Taylor & Francis. Regarding the awards or recognitions that Aitor has achieved, the following stand out: - 3 Deusto Research Social Impact Seals (2020, 2021 and 2023), mentions of projects with high social impact that the University of Deusto grants to a few projects a year (between 5 and 10). - 1 UD-Santander Award for the project with the greatest social impact at the University of Deusto (2020). - 1 Mention in the Good Practices in University Social Commitment Award of the international call for Aristos Campus Mundus awards 2021-2022. - Coach of 2 teams Winning Team of a European Start-ups Competition based on data: Aitor was recognized as coach of two teams (LIS-Solutions and T-varit) that won two different editions of a competition in the context of a European project consortium (the EDI project). - 2 Manunet platform recognitions for their SERVISTOCK and AVAILAFACTURING projects as success stories - European Commission - Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion: He received the option to participate in a Commission-led project for his involvement in the project focusing on the learning outcomes of qualifications in relation to ESCO skills.
