Eduardo García Gil is Mechanical Engineer at the Engineering School of Bilbao (UPV-EHU) and was awarded his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering School of Bilbao (UPV-EHU) in 2014, with Cum Laude and International mentions. He is the Principal Invesitagator of Applied Mechnics reaearch group in the University of Deusto. His research expertise is related to metallic manufacturing processes, where he has published 14 research papers in top engineering JCR journals as well as several lectures in international and national conferences. Codirector of a PhD Thesis (2019), is currently directing 1 PhD thesis focussed on the improvement of hot forming manufacturing processes by means of means of experimental experimental analysis and finite element modeling.
