Marta Buenechea holds a degree in Business Administration and Technical Engineering in Computer Management from the University of Deusto. She holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto and a PhD in Science (Economics and Business Administration) from Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland). Her teaching activity is focused on the area of people management (People Management, Talent Management and Fundamentals of Organisational Behaviour). In the field of research, her work has focused on the area of Intellectual Capital and Innovation in companies, publishing articles in indexed journals recognised in her field of knowledge. Currently, her research incorporates the field of people management and focuses on the impostor syndrome. She is a member of the Innovation, Knowledge, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability research team recognised by the Basque Government.
