Miren Estensoro began her career in the area of local development, in particular providing public-private collaboration processes in a local development agency. During this period, she also began her career in research, working with Orkestra, which she finally joined in 2012. Before joining, it is worth pointing out various visits, such as the Agderforskning Regional Research Centre (Norway) or Argentina or Chile, working with Formin-BID on different research projects. Miren Estensoro holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of the Basque Country and her current research focusses mainly on the facilitation of action research processes for regional development.
