Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in Telematics, she also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a PhD in Marketing and Communication from the University of Deusto. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's degree in Global Marketing Management and New Markets. Currently, she is a professor and researcher in the Faculty of Engineering, where her teaching focuses on business administration, innovation, strategy, and project management. She also directs the Master's program in Continuing Education in Innovation and Technology. She has participated in several European research projects, including Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ projects. She is also involved in various initiatives to promote STEAM careers (PWN, SWA, Inspira STEAM, etc.). She has published several scientific articles in high-impact journals and has participated in numerous international conferences.
