LEIRE ALCAÑIZ holds a PhD in Advanced Management from the University of Deusto. She is currently Associate professor at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Bilbao campus. She teaches BA courses in Business Administration and Management and Auditing and European and International Business Management Masters' degree courses. She is the coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Her publications mainly focus on Humanistic Management and Non-Financial Accounting. She forms part of HUME research group.
