Iker Santos Pérez holds a Technical Engineering degree in Management Informatics, a Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from the University of Deusto. He also holds an Executive MBA, specializing in Project Management, from ESDEN Business School; postgraduate degrees in Strategic Innovation Management and in Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation of Enterprises from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC); and a Master’s Degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence (Data Science) from INESEM. He is also a Scrum Master in agile methodologies certified by the International Scrum Institute, and holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the International Six Sigma Institute and in the 5S Concept from the Management and Strategy Institute. He has more than 17 years of professional experience in the technological field, leading and participating in projects relating to strategic planning, innovation management, and the conceptualisation of knowledge infrastructures, primarily at TECNALIA and, since 2024, at OCTANTIS. Internationally, he has a track record of successful projects and field experience in Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Guatemala, El Salvador and Cuba.
