Ainara Novales is a part-time Professor at Deusto Business School, where she focuses on the transformative impact of digitalization on products, services, and organizational processes. She teaches courses in information systems and digital transformation. Her research interests include digital innovation, platform ecosystems, the Internet of Things, low-code/no-code development, generative AI, and digital sustainability. Her work has been published in international journals such as MIS Quarterly Executive, Communications of the Association for Information Systems (CAIS), and Decision Support Systems, as well as in leading conference proceedings including the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) and the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS). One of her publications was recognized with the Best Paper Award at the CIO Forum of ICIS.
