Industrial Engineer, with an Advanced Studies Diploma (DEA) in Mechanical Engineering and executive education in General Management (PDG, IESE Business School) and Digital Transformation (IE Business School). He has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions across industrial, energy and service sectors. Throughout his career, he has held roles in General Management, Corporate Development and Regional Management, leading companies, business units and transformation processes in highly complex environments. He has managed large-scale industrial contracts and teams of up to 900 professionals, driving operations, organizational restructuring and business growth at both national and international levels. He currently leads the energy efficiency and decarbonization business at a regional level within a multinational company, overseeing the development of energy solutions, the management of complex operations, and relationships with industrial and institutional clients. He complements his executive role with teaching in Industrial Business Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto, within the Master’s Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, bringing a direct and applied perspective on business management, strategy and organizational transformation. In addition, he brings experience in corporate governance as a board member in organizations across different sectors, along with active involvement in the professional and executive ecosystem through mentoring and participation in business associations.
