Francisco Prieto Díez holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Oviedo, a degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in eBusiness, and a postgraduate qualification in Sports Coaching. Over the past twenty years, he has built his professional career in the fields of knowledge management, innovation, and digital transformation, leading projects for companies, public administrations, and international organizations. He is currently part of Octantis–Tecnalia Research & Innovation, where he contributes to initiatives related to business innovation, digital entrepreneurship, and social innovation. Alongside his professional activity, he teaches at university level, bringing students a practical perspective grounded in real-world experience in organizational innovation, business development, and talent management, as well as in the study of the factors that foster engagement, learning, and personal development within organizations.
