Diploma in Physiotherapy from the University of Valladolid (1999). Official Master's Degree in Healthy Aging and Quality of Life, Master's Degree in Community Nutrition, and Master's Degree in Teacher Training. He is a PhD candidate in the Physical Activity and Health program at the University of Cádiz. He has 25 years of experience in the fields of Mental Health, Aging, and Aquatic Physiotherapy. He has taught at the University of the Basque Country and the Public University of Navarra for 5 years. He is an authorized Lanbide professor in the field of Vocational Training. He teaches in the Degree in Physiotherapy and is a researcher at the Deusto Physical Therapiker Group.
