Holder of a PhD in the Arts and Humanities (History and Societies) from the University of Deusto; a theoretical methodologist specialising in Education and Social Sciences. His distinguished career resides at the intersection of political thought, ethics, and knowledge management. Currently, he serves as a Professor at the University of Deusto, lecturing on the History of Political Thought, Ethics and Values, whilst overseeing Corporate Internships for the Modern Languages and Management degree. He possesses extensive international experience as a Senior Professor and Researcher at UCAT, and as a Guest Lecturer for postgraduate programmes at UNET in Venezuela, where he has led chairs in Sociology, Art History, Urbanism, and Scientific Research Methods. An accomplished author, he has published seminal works on Art Analysis, Regional History, and Urbanism—notably San Cristóbal Urbs Quadrata and the Dictionary of Historical Toponyms. Committed to the dissemination of scientific knowledge, he is the founder of the educational platforms Proyecto Experience Arte and Táchira Heritage, effectively bridging the gap between scholarly expertise and the digital era.
