Margarita Grande de Capua is BA in Economics from the University of Alcalá de Henares (Luis Vives Centre, CEU, Madrid); Deputy Tax Inspector for the Inland Revenue Department on leave of absence; Finance Inspector of the Biscay Regional Treasury, where she first performed inspection activities, being her current area of expertise focused on criminal offences in relation to "punishable insolvency" within the Tax Collection and Inspection area. She has taught on the Master’s in Business Law since 2006 and on the Master’s in Tax Consultancy since 2013, both at the University of Deusto. She has delivered courses organised by the Basque Institute of Public Administration and participated in the books: “Auxiliares de Administración General de la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia. Test y supuestos prácticos” y “Administrativos de la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia. Test y supuestos prácticos”.
