Graduated in Psychology with the Honors Program distinction for academic excellence from the University of Deusto (2010-2014). She made an Erasmus stay at the National University of Ireland, Galway (2012-2013). Expert in Neuropsychology (2015) and Postgraduate in General Health Psychology at the University of Deusto (2017). PhD in Psychology with Cum Laude mention and Ignacio Ellacuría award for the best doctoral thesis 2019-2020, with the work investigating structural and functional brain changes of cognitive dysfunctions and other non-motor symptoms in idiopathic and genetic Parkinson's disease. As part of her predoctoral training, she has done a doctoral stay at the “Fenstein Institute for Medical Research, Center for Neurosciences” in New York under the supervision of Dr. David Eidelberg addressing neuroimaging techniques in Parkinson's disease, a center with which she collaborates on a regular basis. Professor at the University of Deusto since 2017 teaching subjects of the Degree in Psychology, Degree in Education and Degree in Social Work, Master's Degree in General Health Psychology and Master's Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology. Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Deusto and Secretary of the Faculty of Health Sciences. She belongs to the research team Neuropsychology of Severe Medical Disorders (team A recognized by the Basque Government).
