He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto, has over 25 years of experience, and has earned two master’s degrees: one in Software Engineering and another in Leadership and Conversational Skills. His entire professional career has been with the Laboral Kutxa Group, either at Seguros Lagun Aro, where he held every role and position in the field of development—from Junior Programmer to Head of IT—until June 2025, or at LABORAL Kutxa, where he currently heads the Technology and Innovation Division, which oversees the Systems, Development, Analytics, Innovation, and Cybersecurity teams. He has been a professor for 15 years at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Deusto and served as a board member for two years at Ikerlan until May 2024. He is currently a board member at MLAKOOP (Mondragon Lingua and Alecop) and at Innkia, a recently founded startup focused on developing AI-based solutions with a promising and exciting future.
