At the same time, the importance of analytics technologies is increasing within sports organisations. Analytical knowledge is increasingly being demanded as a cross-cutting skill.
Furthermore, teams are undergoing a digital transformation process, automating and professionalising certain areas, including performance, health, and management.
This opens up new challenges, enabling evidence-based management, as well as significant changes, while also facing a shortage of professionals in the field.
This Expert programme offers an introduction to Sports Analytics for students looking to develop cross-disciplinary skills in the field of data analytics.
Those who wish to acquire a solid foundation in data analysis and processing technologies to enable sports organisations to make informed decisions.
The sessions will have a practical focus, with the presentation of concepts accompanied by examples, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises.
The aim is to provide the necessary tools for data analysis in the sports context, using the most commonly used software applications.
The first edition starts in February 2026.

Admission to the expert course requires a positive assessment from the Admissions Committee, which will be made up of the programme’s academic director and ttwo teaching staff members from the programme.
