Managing coexistence in the educational sphere is both essential and challenging, at both the organisational and classroom levels, for professionals who face numerous conflicts and complex situations on a daily basis. Positive coexistence is the foundation for students’ social, emotional, and personal development, as well as for lecturers’ well-being.
This degree provides practical tools and methodologies that have proven effective for intervening in conflict situations. It equips education and child intervention professionals with the skills to prevent and manage behavioural and interpersonal challenges, including peer conflict, classroom disruption, disciplinary breaches, and bullying.
The Expert Diploma also provides a comprehensive framework for designing and implementing coexistence plans and programmes. It prepares participants to take on roles such as person responsible for fostering positive relationships and promoting inclusive education within schools, school conflict resolution advisor, or more recently, the role of wellbeing and safeguarding lead.
A programme 100% focused on conflict intervention and the implementation of programmes for promoting a positive school climate.
This Expert programme will help you develop your social and emotional skills to effectively handle complex and challenging situations.
The programme is based on a school coexistence model that integrates normative aspects from restorative discipline with participatory and relational elements.
The focus is on the importance of building bonds, effective communication, and emotional intelligence, all applied in the day-to-day interactions within school relationships as key factors in prevention.
