    1.

    Building careers

    You will learn the social, educational, psychological, and legalfoundationsof social and educational intervention. Thecore subjectsprovide us with the scientific knowledge necessary to underpin professional practices.

    2.

    Exploring Professional Areas

    With the foundations in place, you will explore and learn to identify the variousfieldsof intervention, such as social services, leisure, and community development, as well as theessential toolsneeded to apply them effectively.

    3.

    Connecting with real-world practice

    You will have the opportunity to put the knowledge gained throughout the previous years into practice through the first Social Education internship phase. You will continue to deepen your understanding of different groups, realities, and tools to provide comprehensive support.

    4.

    Exploring in Depth - First Final Year Project

    You will undertake thesecond internship phase throughout the academic year, this time focusing on Social Work. You will also develop the first Final Year Project (Social Work). This will help you gain and apply additional resourcesto enhance your professional practice.

    5.

    Completion of studies - From San Sebastian to Bilbao

    Students from the San Sebastian campuswill complete their final year at the Bilbao campus. In the 5th year, you will have the opportunity to choose from a range of elective subjects, allowing you to specialise in various intervention areas. Additionally, you will complete your internship experience with the third and final phase (Social Education) and undertake yoursecond final-year project, this time focused on Social Education.

     

    Trabajo Fin de Grado

    En el Doble Grado, realizarás dos Trabajos Fin de Grado:

    - 4.º curso: Trabajo Fin de Grado Trabajo Social (6 ECTS)
    - 5.º curso: Trabajo Fin de Grado Educación Social (12 ECTS)

    El Trabajo Fin de Grado es un proyecto que recoge competencias asociadas a la titulación y que tendrás la oportunidad de exponer y defender de manera pública. Los realizarás con la supervisión de un/a tutor/a, que te orientará y facilitará el camino.

    Con tu proyecto final, tendrás la oportunidad de demostrar:

    • Que has adquirido los conocimientos y competencias previstas para los títulos en Educación Social y Trabajo Social.
    • Que tienes capacidad para plantearte preguntas e interrogantes sobre un tema relevante en Educación Social y Trabajo Social.
    • Que cuentas con un sistema riguroso para encontrar posibles respuestas a dichos interrogantes.

    El Trabajo Fin de Grado de Trabajo Social consiste en la elaboración de un informe proyecto de intervención e investigación, su exposición y defensa en público.

    • Las materias objeto de investigación en el Trabajo Fin de Grado son las siguientes:
    • Principios, metodología y modelos de Trabajo Social
    • Ética, valores y condiciones de vida y bienestar
    • Política social y sistemas de protección
    • Población, territorio y procesos sociales
    • Género
    • Migraciones

    El Trabajo Fin de Grado de Educación Social es un proyecto de trabajo de carácter teórico, empírico o aplicado. El trabajo estará relacionado con la intervención socioeducativa en una de estas cuatro áreas:

    • Servicios sociales
    • Inserción laboral
    • Ocio, cultura y desarrollo comunitario
    • Cuidadanía
