Brief description of research aims

The team's focus is on social and solidarity economy organisations, such as cooperatives, labour companies, employment agencies, social enterprises, etc.. The emphasis is on their specific features, values and operating principles and the positive economic, social and environmental effects for a people-centred, balanced and cohesive growth. Hence, the main focus is on the following topics: Sustainable development; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); Values in business (and organisations); People's involvement in business (and organisations); Decent work; Sustainability of supply chains.
