On 10 September, the awards ceremony of the Spanish Association of Political Science and Public Administration (AECPA) took place in Granada. In this edition, the Best Paper award in the Gender and Politics section was presented to the paper by University of Deusto researchers and lecturers from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences: María Silvestre, Raquel Royo and Iratxe Arístegui.
The award-winning paper is entitled "Resistencias y autocuidado ciberfeministas: prácticas integradas desde los marcos educativos formales e informales". This contribution forms part of the CyberResistances project, a research line led by Professor Estibaliz Linares, who also teaches at the Faculty.
The paper was originally presented at the 17th AECPA Congress, held at the University of Burgos in 2024, and the award was formally accepted in Granada by María Silvestre, principal investigator (PI) of the Deusto Social Values team.
