Deusto participated in the EAIE 2025 Annual Conference, Europe's largest international higher education conference, which was held in Gothenburg from 9 to 12 September. The university was represented by four people from various departments and faculties, who, in their commitment to international collaboration, took advantage of the event to strengthen ties and partnerships with more than 60 institutions.
The Deusto delegation was made up of Nekane Garatea and Elena Lamarain, from the International Relations Office in Bilbao and San Sebastian, respectively; and Nerea Gutiérrez and Félix Arrieta, representing the Faculty of Education and Sport, and the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, respectively.
The EAIE is an organisation that has been supporting higher education professionals in the internationalisation of their institutions since 1989.
