Deusto Business Alumni, in collaboration with Kutxabank, is organising the online roundtable “Gender mainstreaming in management of Human Resources” which will take place on 3 December 2020 at 18:30.
The panel, moderated by Macarena Bergache (founder of the communication agency Think Chic), will count with the presence of Leire Gartzia, member of the Gender Interdisciplinary Research Platform, amongst others.
The roundtable will address the different views on the visibility of women in management positions and will analyse all the different types of actions and measures that can be implemented in organisations so that they are increasingly inclusive. The panel will also discuss the actions to promote equal opportunities as a cross-cutting strategic element in corporate culture and human resource management or on the relevance of incorporating the gender perspective in human resources policies.
