Professor Christian Kowalkowski, a renowned international expert in service innovation and industrial servitization, will visit the University of Deusto from 3 to 7 November, with the support of the Vizcaína Aguirre Foundation.
Professor of Industrial Marketing at Linköping University (Sweden) and Director of the Centre for Business Model Innovation (CBMI), will undertake an intensive academic agenda during his visit, including serving as the keynote speaker at the 12th International Servitization Conference, held on 6 and 7 November at Deusto Business School. In his keynote lecture, he will address the challenges and opportunities of service innovation and digital transformation in today’s industrial context, fostering a valuable exchange with researchers and business professionals.
During his visit, he will also hold academic meetings and research workshops with undergraduate students, faculty, and researchers in the Service Economy and Servitization group at our School, strengthening international collaboration and knowledge exchange on service innovation, digitalisation, and sustainable business models.
The visit reaffirms the commitment of Deusto Business School and the Vizcaína Aguirre Foundation to research excellence and the global dissemination of knowledge, consolidating the University of Deusto as a leading reference in the academic debate on the transformation of services and industry.
