    Teaching methods

    The course methodology combines face-to-face and virtual activities through the ALUD platform. Classes will include presentations, readings, and videos to contextualise the content. Students will carry out individual activities, such as reading articles and questionnaires, and will participate in group work focusing on clinical reasoning on simulated cases. The aim is to achieve an accurate physiotherapeutic diagnosis and effective therapeutic planning for patients with chronic cardiopulmonary, metabolic and oncological pathologies.

    The Expert Diploma in Cardiopulmonary and Metabolic Rehabilitation provides a solid foundation for success in a variety of professional settings (rehabilitation centres, hospitals, research and teaching) equipping graduates with specialised skills and up-to-date knowledge to address the complexities of rehabilitation in the context of chronic diseases.

    Calendar

    Online continuing education: from October 2025 to June 2026, through the University of Deusto's own platform, ALUD.

    Face-to-face meetings:they will be held in two intensive weeks, from Monday to Friday, in January 2026 and June 2026.

    Timetable

    - Each meeting will have a total weekly workload of 40 face-to-face hours.

    -Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 19:00.
