    Empower your leadership role

Stop for a moment, contrast your ways of doing things, update your knowledge and broaden your perspective.

The General Management Programme (GMP) has been designed to respond to the concerns of those of you who performmanagerial responsibilities and must ensure the sustainability of your organisations in changing situations such as the one we live in.

This objective can only be achieved through humanistic leadership, which places the person at the centre, guaranteeing the competitiveness and well-being of the organisation.

Perform a self-diagnosis of your management profile, review management tools in the light of the latest trends and acquire the competences that will empower you as a leader in your organisation.
