    Learn through experience

    Teaching methods

The teaching process focuses on a practical and experiential methodology, for which it is essential to create a private and safe environment where students can apply the knowledge they have acquired and, supported by the security of the group, engage in a personal process of growth and development.

Rogerian authenticity and congruence, as well as respect for the individual, their experiences, and their emotions, form a fundamental aspect of the therapeutic relationship, and are therefore also central to the training process and the relationships developed within it.
