    The first job experience


    You will make use of the competences and abilities acquired throughout the degree, by working in a company or institution. We have a network of partner centres to guarantee internships for all our students.

    Internships enable student to acquire skills and capacities in real-world scenarios which are closely related to their future career. This first work experience is an ideal opportunity for them to show their professional aptitudes and, in any case, to enrich their curriculum vitae.




    A professional from the internship centre and a tutor from the University of Deusto will give you individual support so that you can gain practical experience and apply the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the degree.



    You will do your internship in companies, institutions and public and private entities. At secondary schools, translation offices, language assessment units, publishing companies ...

    Cultural specialist for the cultural promotion of city councils, regional councils, public and private organisations, cultural events

    Cultural entertainment:literary workshops, theatre workshops, exhibitions, competitions

    Education and research: educational establishments (private, public and subsidised), universities and language schools.


    Courses and cultural leisure

    Media: press, radio and television; news agencies, magazines and cultural supplements.

    Publishing industry, editorial management (management, critical editions, manuscript reader and proofreader, literary consultant, proofreader, proofreader), printing houses, advertising and graphic arts companies.

    At the university...

    The Deusto Alumni Association also assists graduates in entering the job market, offering them guidance and legal advice on employment. We will also assist you in developing your entrepreneurial spirit and, if you wish so, we will help you implement your business ideas.

    As a complement, we organise the Employment Forum every year, a space where you can contact companies, hand in your CV, attend presentations, seminars and workshops and even participate in selection processes.
