During this congress, the following plenary sessions will be held: Prof.Dr.Walid Hachim(ENST Bretagne, Francia), and Prof. Dr. Adel Elmagraby, (University of Louisville, USA), will talk about the latest breakthroughs in ICTs, and a lecture on ?Design for All in Communications?will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Jorge Díaz Cintas(Roehampton University, UK), who will focus on the development of easy access products and environments.
This congress has been organised by the ASP group (Advanced Signal Processing), which belongs to the eVIDA line of Tecnologico Deusto, whose activity is focused on Biomedical Engineering, on new technologies in service to society, and Biometrics, in collaboration with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP).
